COMPLAINTS

We value receiving complaints about a contractor from customers, to help maintain our contractors records.

Should such a situation occur we respect the information supplied and will be fully understanding. These will only be accepted in writing and will remain confidential and will only act on them if requested to do so. We can, if required provide an independent service to act on behalf of any dissatisfied customer, costs will be discussed at the outset. We treat such matters in the strictest of confidence and will discuss the entire complaint in full with the customer before considering or advising of any action. Complaints are accepted by e mail or letter and our contact form may be used.
